A different start to the day - ate breakfast with Sam before going to the office. Sara joined me to work on the housing scheme - she seems to have a good grasp of what is needed of her. I offered to cook dinner for us, that idea grew into a dinner to celebrate EH's birthday.
Sam had recently given a cash card to wave at cash registers in the supermarket, cafes and bookstores. The receipt of my purchases are sent to her phone, she teases me for being a spendthrift.
Still no exercise, although my shoulder is better. The consolation is that my heel tendinitis is also gone.
