Nothing beats drawing freely in a large sketch book, because it allowed my mind to wonder until it latched on something interesting. I don't do this enough, this journaling exercise is a good reason for me to do so, and daily.

This Saturday was much the same as any other, we woke up and I worked at the dining table, later Sean and Sara woke up and we prepared for them to leave us again later that day; flying back to KL.
