| The final sections of our hospital project, we started in 2015 with six people; Penghui, Leong, Fiona, Claudia, George and myself. |
After a work discussion, I retained Fiona for a few minutes more and asked her if she would like to be a director in our company. She agreed after jokingly asking if I intended to retire soon. We chatted about leadership, empathy, growing into new roles and Freddie offered to relinquish 5% of his share for her.
And as simple as that, we have grown our little architecture practice.
