PengHui is here for 2 weeks, and making himself very useful indeed. We had a good meeting with the Centrelands people and he helped with ideas for the design of the penthouses for the Sibu condominiums. Leong sketched out some ideas which we three discussed with Sean (who is getting better at contributing his ideas) which resulted in the layout of the penthouses being reversed; the entry would be from Level 7, coming into a courtyard before leading off the the living spaces, which have fewer walls and are lighter in feel and structure. The bedrooms are located at L6 and can share a common corridor with the more standard unit types.

The best idea was that the corner penthouses are entered via a garden, which reinforces that main design idea of giving each condo unit a piece of the original garden.
