I'm already so busy, with urgent things not completed why would agree to look at new small projects? Such as Eijing's semi D renovation? I like designing houses, they seemed like a nice couple, this might lead to new work from their family business and most importantly, I can use this to train Sean.
So I was delighted that he agreed to our fees and ideas after meeting me this morning at the club.
