We met again at 7 a.m., at our last meeting he took a photo of us 'at work' to show someone, I think. Probably his staff or perhaps her daughters - to say, see? there are some crazy ones who are able to start the day while you are all asleep.
Today was our third early morning meeting - I enjoy them because there are no distractions (from the office or sites) and by 8 a.m. you feel that you have got a lot done. Which we did, it seems that we have an Esplanade to develop and build.
He thought I was his lucky charm because the projects we worked on all moved towards a sale or a client enquiring about a sale. I told him my theory - that the 'luck' was created because we continually worked on our various projects, slowly ticking them along so that they are always almost up-to-date. So, when a client calls for a update or a meet up - the latest iteration is a day or two away only. (KFC rang about PJOP plots)
P/S - PH was meant to meet with us but he tested positive and had to quarantine himself.
