1 August 2022 Monday - a good start to the month

Monday are usually hectic, many accumulated targets from last week to be settled - today was no difference. It started with a 9 a.m. meeting with a new-old client. 

We had originally agreed to meet to discuss the temple bridge sk.2, but since the interns had helped me complete the fun stairs, I sent that along as well. And since Melvin completed the land acquisition for resort chalets, I sent that to the client and planner for the next stage of the project. PH worked till the early hours to complete the HK apartment calculations and site layouts, these were sent along. 

All four schemes were approved for the next stage, we will follow up with our appointments.
