Teck tells us that our scheme is 'modern contemporary compared to the other which felt Middle Eastern to him (and us). And more buildable - I tell him
I feel that he is very candid with us, and shared some of this concerns - 'do I owe you money?'. Freddie says yes, but it is ok you paid some of our claims this months, it is ok to wait till next month. I was glad that he bothered to ask, and told him so.
