20 March 2022 Sunday - still eating too much


 I can't see physical results for the IF yet, but I am getting the hang of it; no food for 12 to 16 hours means missing breakfast (which I think will be difficult when we travel). I am not convinced I am eating less food despite eating one meal less because I am not controlling the portion sizes when I can eat. 

April means more stringent measures.
